It is a toboggan on wheels and you hold on to a handle that applies a brake to the track if you need to slow down, but I had it all the way forward until I saw I wasn't going to stop.
To late though, I hit the neep in front who was running so slow they didn't get out of the way by going onto the tow to the top.

There is a brake just beyond there anyway to slow you bown before the toboggan hits the tow wire.
