Ultimately (Bob & Xcotty), you won't be left high and dry (i.e. without an ISP and broadband connection) as they, Tiscali, have a sufficiently large user footprint in the UK that in the event that they were to go thruppenies, then one of the other large service providers would acquire them and their customer base as a going concern - it's just that you would then be in a 'take it and like it' position as opposed to being able to have chosen your own provider.

I don't have a contract with them anymore, so I am looking to shift.

Wonder if that is why there is so much restriction just now.

All these companies that were busy taking over others and not always friendly takeovers are all getting their BUM bit now
