Every council in Scotland has voted to have a council tax freeze bar one.
North Lanarkshire council.
Thanks to their inability to pay female employees the same wages as male employees,they look set to raise taxes in order to pay women the same rate of pay as men,why didnt the idiots pay females the same rate as men to begin with instead of slave labour.
