Virus key logger program/packet sniffer

Im at work at the moment as my home PC is down, seems that somebody has gained access to it from remote..
I installed onecare but before i did i had opened an email on msn from a friend that had a virus attached unknown to them & my PC is pretty much f****d at the moment...
It was a key logger program sent by a packet sniffer what ever that is?, all i know from the girl who fixes our PC/laptop is that the are able to steal passwords/credit card details etc..
Luckily all they seem to have got from me is certain passwords for forums & such like & nothing to serious but its done some damage to my computer..
Sorry if anything dodgy is posted in my name but im not suffering from multiple personality disorder

..Got it sorted but it went a lot further than a keylogger virus..It came in an email titled "2 cool for skool" from a friend that didnt know it was in there, b****** also posted in my works noticeboard & made me look a right t*t

, though my wife says i dont need any help in that department

..
Onecare Live actually found it after the damage was done so at least i know its working

Yeah it is, onecare quarantined it & we have a friend whose job is IT repair/build/write programs etc & she did the business albeit for a nic elittle earner which proves there are no friends in business

Had to cancel two credit/bank cards today due to un-authorized use, so my hopes that my cards weren't compromised was a tad optimistic..
I had alerted my bank to the fact that my PC had been targeted & they had agreed to keep an eye on my accounts for any suspicious purchases..
So damage done but a major pain in the arse for me..

now that you mention it... I got an AntiKeylogger programme today with this months installment of Windows Advisor. Can email it to you if you want. Just pm me an email addresses.
