The Sari Shop

My book group met up for the first time this year and our read for January is The Sari Shop by Rupa Bajwa.

It is her debut novel and is said to ‘capture the very soul of India’ Should be an interesting read.

Never read it ...

Sari!!

I wouldn't recommend you do LB, it was awful. My book group (mostly women) were unimpressed they gave it 6/10.

So on to the book for February, which is Lake Wobegon Days by Garrison Keillor.

'A comic classic' Observer.

Let’s hope so
