I lost track of it, when Mark MacManus died.
But this new fella, whose name eludes me?
Is really good, it's almost back to the way it was in the beginning.

I used to enjoy Taggart, but since it changed to the hour format it felt too rushed and I was guessing who the culprit was. I always loved that about Taggart, all the red herrings.

Yes 1 hour instead of 2 apparently because of money. Glad its not been totally culled like some other ITV shows.

Also meant to add that we do seem to be having a lot of repeats of Taggarts from last year though! A bit naughty when still being shown at Prime Time on a wednesday night.

Apparently the one being shown tonight is brand new. I also heard that the rest of the ITV network are not commissioning anymore episodes at least for the next couple of years. STV in retaliation are not taking one of the English drama's. Its the recession in telly land too then < Apart from the big bosses of course>.

Oh yes it is tonight. The Bill on ITV 1 everywhere else except STV good on them. Taggart was a bloody good crime serial. Apparently at nine on STV u can get a Taggart star talking up Scotland. At Nine on ITV u get what ITV does Crime.
Honestly they take Taggart we take the Bill. No problem. Apparently viewers in Scotland can get the BILL on ITV 3 oh jolly good then.
