I wouldn't like my wee Nephews, or Niece's, to see this guy.
It's not really normal, wanting to wander around in the nude, in public. Lock him up, and throw away the key. Off with his head. Went a bit too far there didn't I? 
Nah, I'm with the polis, on this one. Young kids, don't need to see this kind of thing. The guy has some kind of problem, or is just mad. Either way, he needs to think about how the sight of his body, affects the young, the elderly, and the light headed.
