Portobello Mushrooms

Anyone have any ideas on what to do with them?  Can only seem to find one decent recipe.

Are portobello mushrooms those purchased from Tesco in portobello, or do you have a little bit more info for we stupid guys who don't know what on earth you're talking about?

I put them on the bbq with other veggies and roast them for a few minutes.  They are great with flank steak or any other meat for that matter.

Fry them in butter Lou, it has to be butter though.
