Shock therapy does not work,it will only make you worse in the long run.Father got it for years and ended up killing himself,dont go down that road if you can help it.

So Bob or whoever wasn't being funny saying it won't work. I have to agree though based on the following: My dear friend in Texas who runs a music store didn't undergo it, but his first wife did. She was a nasty piece of work anyway, but starting in 1997 she underwent several rounds of shock treatment. Whatever results it appeared to have were fleeting, and subsequent treatments seemed to yield diminishing returns. Short-term memory loss was also part of the side effect fun.
She was on this kind of meds and that, and was still a bloody-minded cow who treated my friend like shite, divorced him after all he endured and did for her, and ultimately screwed him out of a hell of a lot of money.
