Loved that BBC 1 Celtic connections concert on Burns nichtIt was a great wee concert on at 10pm last sunday. My favourite bits were Karen Matheson and Eddie Reader who always gets into a song and brings it to life. Her hons have a will of their own by the way.

From the little I saw of it, it was your usual Scottish Burns rubbish!
I like Burns ... but these wee parochial "extravaganzas" are nothing short of pure hokum!
