Weel Mad ain, yi will understand when eh say that when eh'm driving in a busy area,
eh will eventually turn tae meh Janette n say, "OK Hyacinth".
At which time eh will git a dirty look...........but peace n quiet.  
We love the show.

Keeping Up Appearances has been playing here on PBS for about six years now. I like it but wish they would start rerunning Are You Being Served and Blackadder Goes Forth again, along with anything starring John Cleese.

It is also never off the TV here. G.O.L.D. constantly rerun it. Even the BBC have been know to rerun it on BBC 1 on sundays. The BBC are not keen to make new sitcoms these days.

Yeh TV is guilty of umpteen reruns here as well.
As Janette says, "Why do we still watch this, we kin play all their parts".

Well Wee John, if we are going to play the parts, I get to be Onslow. Drink beer and watch TV. A good way to spend the day.
