It is just a reader, but then that is all most people use Acrobat for. There is a professional version out, but download the free version if you just want to read .pdf doc's. Eloise, if you download Firefox Browser, one of it's add ons is Ad Blocker Plus.
A lot of us use it to view forums, so we don't see the ads. If you need to know more, just reply to this post hunni.

Xcotty,i downloaded the new FF3 latest version,and also Ad Blocker,and guess what....i got even more ads.

Download NoScripts for extra security, though it can block some things you want to see.
You can give it temporary permission though for the site you are on, so not a big problem. |

I had a good one for Explorer, but I updated explorer and it dissappeared.
No idea what it was called now
