Lynne said in an article on April 23rd, 2009, that he has finally been working on the long awaited follow-up to his 1990 solo debut album Armchair Theatre with a possible tentative release date of "later this year".

Was always a fan of Jeff Lynne over the years , never more so than when he was in The Traveling Wilburys - a real band of superstars ! I have a few of their songs on my ipod , but my favourite one is "Handle me With Care " --Love it !
