BANNED!Just been having shifty at the news and found these two stories:in this first one, the bloke has been banned from using the internet; http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/tayside_and_central/7203104.stm in this one, banned from the net, and, among other things, from owning anything capable of taking pictures; http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/tayside_and_central/7202970.stm Surely there's not a hope in hell of policing this?

I would think they could stop it even being connected to his house or phone (Internet) but there is nothing to say he can't use another connection!
Phones can take photos now and cameras can be very small! I think they could only throw the book at him if he were caught with any photographic equipment. Hopefully they won't need them for a while anyway

Sicko - they should put him in a room with some parents... 
I doubt they can police it - they can only hope the fear of getting caught will be a deterrent - but I don't think it will work....

Might not be very pc, but I totally agree with Summer.
Peedo's are just sick folk, no matter what experts try to tell us. Finding children sexually attractive, is wrong. Wanting to have sex with children, is wrong. Actually having sex with children, is so fupping disgusting. That leaving them in a room with the parents is not enough. Justice in this world is very laughable. These folk get put away, then let out. Either castrate them, and put them on a course of drugs for prevention. Or, let us have a go at stopping the sicko's. Children need to remain children, and safe from scum like that. There is no excuse in the world, for knowingly letting them free. If they have a sexual urge, it wont go away. Will men stop fancying women? Will women stop fancying men? Homosexual's wont stop fancying homosexuals. So why do folk think peodophiles will stop fancying kids? Time for talking, and analysing has been over for a long time. We need to protect our children. |

I wish their d*@ks were cut off with a spoon and most of their fingers with a dull butter knife....with a twelve incher penetrated indefinetly..... In the other... I want them dead....There is no excuse on earth or beyond to hurt, humiliate, fracture, scare....destroy a child... Pictures, internet, flyers, magazines....The intent is there...here he would have been arrested for having child porno, etc....registered...and your buddy for a long time your PO.....and then if there is an avenging angel somewhere someone would arrange an accident....that stops his breathing...  Sorry ranting...mom of three....

What gets on my goat is when they (the media) call it child porn..It is pictures of child abuse to call it porn gives a sense of legality to these sick bastards who use it..
Here is one of the bastards & note the very lenient sentence he got.. Vicar downloaded abusive images An Anglican vicar who downloaded images of child abuse has been given a suspended prison sentence. One video viewed by the Reverend Paul Battersby, 58, of St Ambrose Church in Leyland, Lancashire, showed a girl being abused by her father. Sentencing him to 34 weeks in jail, suspended for two years, the judge told him his actions were "disgraceful". Battersby pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing at Preston Crown court to making three indecent images. Judge Philip Sycamore told him: "You have breached the duty of responsibility in a most disgraceful way. "Right-thinking members of society will probably feel a sense of repugnance towards you and your activities." Son's discovery He told Preston Crown Court that on balance his offences were best served by taking part in a community sex offenders' programme and unpaid work. Battersby was arrested in May last year after his wife spoke to police when her 16-year-old son found indecent images and videos on a computer at the vicarage. The video clip of the 10-year-old girl was classed as level five - the most serious category in child pornography investigations. Mr Battersby, who previously worked as the vicar of St Mark's Church, in Witton, Lancashire, between 1999 and 2003, was suspended by the Church of England following his arrest. He formerly worked as the National Youth Officer for the Church of England and was a school chaplain in Argentina. The officer who led the investigation, Det Con Mick McKortel, said: "Mr Battersby admitted having sexual fantasies involving 12-year-old girls and he went on the internet and looked for and found such material. "He has shown no remorse whatever for what he has done and he is lucky not to have been sent to prison."

Can't remember properly but I'm sure it's one of these two that has had their net ban lifted. Didn't last long did it? The condition is that the cops can have access to their PC at will. Fine.. he'll just have a spare to use that they don't know about.
