Sometimes just sometimes I wish we were not part of the EU they meddle in areas they don't belong. What in the world are they investigating this for. Its bad enough that the UK treasury have spent it for over 35 yrs. We don't really have a lot to show for it. Well Shetland does, never seen such perfect roads, you wouldn't find any pot holes there. They do get a special dividend.
