I managed to cut my grass this week.

First cut this year, cos I'm bone idle, and it took me three flipping hours to do.
My mate gave me a shot of his strimmer...I like strimmers.

I still haven't raked any of the grass up yet, I'll wait till it turns yellow.
Or I could bag it, and sell it to someone with sheep.

Anyone want a rabbit?
I have several thousand running around in my garden.
I love em, but I'm not keen on the holes they dig, loads of them.
Also, they seem to be eating my shed, I like my shed.

Anyway, what have you been doing lately?

Jings nae wonder yi hae a lot o' rabbits, they hae a lot o' places tih hide in yir garden.

Mibe yi shood look inti getting some goats it'll save yih a lot o' work.

I couldn't find my shed either, but it's looking good now.
Except, I can see my strange neighbours now, which is nice?

Now I need to plant some things somewhere in there.
Not sure what yet though?
I quite like bracken, I might plant some of that in there, and some foxgloves.
I like wild flowers, so I'll just go around pinching some from mother nature.

As for goats, nah, they scare me, they have devil eyes.

Theres a coincidence Xcouthy, Got ma grass done AND the borders weeded and turned ower, ready for Autumn plantin ! Plenty o' time tae plan says I !

I've got a few bird feeders up and we get a fantastic range feedin'.
Only hassle is bloody squirrels....Do I hate the wee buggers !!

I'd be happy tae let them them hae some nuts, but they do try to pinch THE WHOLE FEEDER !
Ma women and grandkids winna let me 'put them to rest' so they got me a Rambo style pump action water rifle !!!

It's bloody marvellous .You should see the wee buggers jump aboot when ma aim is good !!

So hopefully they'll get the message and go bother somebody else.

Waco, I've only ever seen one squirrel here, we just don't have them.
We have everything else though, just no squirrels.
I'll do you a swap for some rabbits?

You have plenty of Woodpeckers though, they can't tell poles from trees

Good lord, I didn't realise that.

Aye it's quite funny, we have loads of woodpeckers here.
At one time, they were very rare, but they seem to have come back to life,
and are destroying all the telegraph poles.
