Great movie. Got the DVD on Monday and watched it a few nights ago. Robert Downey Jr is brilliant and absolutely deserves his Oscar nomination ... and though I'm not a fan, Tom Cruise is perfect as Les Grossman ... "Give him a big hand!" takes on a whole new meaning!!! 
You hafta rent it, if you ain't bought it! Genius!
