Well, it is computing in a sort of way.

Does anyone have an intruction booklet for a Crane & Viceroy R/C watch
( not religious, before you comedians ask ) so that they might send me a copy somehow?

I have tried to reset this watch after replacing the battery, but cannot find out how to do so using the three side buttons correctly and I don't have the instructions. I have asked various watch repairers without success.

Any idea's where to get a copy anyone? Sane and sensible ones please.

Any chance you could take a photo, and post it Allan?
I'm no bad with these kind of thing's.
But if I could see it, it would help more.

Other than that, my mate works in a watch shop, amongst other things.
He might be able to help.

I'll print your post, and show it to him, get back to you soon.

When the watch battery was exhausted the watch stopped at an odd time of the day - say 5.23. I replaced the battery and started a manual time search. It again restarted at the wrong time of day, 50minutes out.

I was advised that by using the three buttons in a certain way, it was possible to get all three hands stopped at exactly 12 o'clock.
Restart the "search time" mode and it would be fine.

I just cannot work out how to stop the watch at that exact time and restart the search without the second hand ticking forward around 3 or 4 seconds, which means the watch will reset itself to another time zone, hence the request for instructions, as the watch hands can only be moved using these press buttons.

As to posting a photo of the watch - well I've tried to post a photo on this forum many times previously without any success, but that is perhaps for another time. ( No pun intended )
I've tried a request about this watch on various other help forums but as yet...nothing.

Thanks to everyone who helped me with some suggestions,

This link seems to only work if you copy and paste all of the above line into your web browser.

Sorry, the above link doesn't work at all. This one does.
Click the watch and it will lead you to a download page.
