I think t's a fuse but i'm not sure...
All my car interior fans have stopped working (not turning) so i can't drive it as the windows steam up. I assume it's a fuse. Anyone know any different?

RTFM Auntie . . . .locate the fuse box diagram, it will show you which fuse to change. To test if the fuse has blowd ...replace it with one of the others of the same value to test it.This will prove it's the fuse.
Good luck. |

New spade fuses are easy to see if they are blown, just take the suspect one out and if the two legs are not connected together by a bit of wire it has blown.
Do not replace it with one of a higher value.
They are all different colours, so less chance of a mistake.
Look for ones with a fan/propeller shape on the fuse box cover. |

If you are unable to find the remedy or repair, then may I suggest you trade it in for a more reliable motor other than a VW.
You know it makes sense!!

Funny that - VWs are one of the most reliable cars i've come across. Grandad reads a trade mag and the cars that rarely come up on the problem pages are German or Japanese. Problem is when they do go it is usually expensive to fix but that happens so rarely that it is more economical than, say, a Ford
